Started up my boot camp deal at a local fitness studio this week. 5 days per week for 8 weeks of working out. Should be good for me as I need to make this sort of commitment to stay focused on something like this. So far so good, even though there's just me and a 340 pound guy doing it. Hopefully I'll be able to encourage him and not discourage him as its not really in my nature to be a cheerleader. I'll try, though.
